Hi. I am originally from Harpenden and now live over near Watford. When the Fleur de Lys closed down, I arrived at the front door and went through the Job Interview with Giles, little knowing that it would take a full year to start the training, due to the planning consent.
I managed the bar in St Albans city centre and got a real kick out of developing the team and seeing the business evolve.
I now manage Hertford's bar with the intent to develop myself and the business further with my own specific traits. |
