1.What Covid-19 measures do you have in place?

As such, we have developed specific Covid-19 Policies & Procedures to ensure that we follow government guidelines and provide a safe environment for our teams and customers. Including, but not limited to:
• Digital menus
• Sanitiser stations in all bars
• Trace and trace register on entry
• Team member training via E-Learning
• 100% cashless
• Bookings take priority over walk-ins
• Cleaning of touch points every 20 minutes
• No tables larger than 6 people
• One way systems in bar
• Sanitising tables before and after a party leaves.
All of our team will be wearing Face Coverings as of 24/09/2020 in line with government guidelines
All of our guests are required to wear a face covering in our bars except when eating and drinking
All bars close at 10PM sharp
2. What is the Snugs Happy Hour?
After much thought, we have decided to put our 2-4-1 Happy Hour offer on hold until we get a better lay of the land. Happy Hour is a staple part of The Snug culture, and we do this with a heavy heart after 15 years of this being our way of life. As late night venues, we won't be able to keep the business afloat by keeping 2-4-1 in place when it will be taking up more than 50% of our opening hours if we must close at 10PM. Please know, we will bring it back, and we hope you will understand why we have had to make this difficult decision.
We are currently reviewing all our prices to make sure that they are fair and competitive without Happy Hour. This will take a little bit of time, but we hope to have some changes in place by next week.
